The therapist educates, counsels, and supports the foster family, ensuring that the children’s needs are met. Our partnership with Chosen allows critical aspects of mental health needs for the entire family unit are met.
This service provides foster families with the necessary tools to help children develop healthy behaviors and relationships. It includes education on parenting skills, communication techniques, and strategies to promote positive child development. Your dedicated TFFC Case Manager offers you advice and guidance every step of the way.
Crisis intervention is often needed for foster families facing difficult situations. The therapist works to assess the situation, provide support, and manage any potential conflicts. This service oversees the safety and well-being of the children in the foster home.
